next.js with static export. everything lives in src/data/ as flat JSON — the home feed, projects (this), the /now page, videos, entertainment, eventually photos and music. the build script regenerates the YouTube channel aggregator and an RSS feed.

no tracking. no analytics. no third-party CDN. served from a small docker container behind nginx and traefik on a server in my house.

next: a CLI tool so i can post, update /now, and add projects without opening an editor. then the guestbook backend. then a few real shrines.
